Luis brings over 15 years of executive experience in loyalty operations, technology infrastructure, and digital transformation — built entirely from the inside of one of Latin America's most complex and most successful programs. As COO of LifeMiles, he led the operational architecture, cloud migration, and digital platform build-out behind a loyalty program with 14 million members and USD $300M+ in annual transactions.
He oversaw the technology stack, data infrastructure, partner integrations, and internal processes that made the program run at scale — including a full migration to cloud infrastructure and the design of the data governance model that supported the program's commercial decisions.
